Think TOWIE? Here’s home.

November 8th, 2011 — 3:03pm

Simon and his team have just completed brand creation and brochures for two new luxury properties in Loughton: Lomax House and Maitland House, by Anderson. These stunning properties are available to buy now for £1.4million, and as they are in build buyers can, to some degree, specify their interiors.

Trade secret: trick photos!

November 3rd, 2011 — 2:03pm

Here’s Simon, apparently holding up a delicious bowl of strawberry ice cream, all ready for the Signs Express calendar shoot.

But I’ll let you into a little trick of the trade – ice cream simply melts too fast to shoot. So what you actually see here is mashed potato with Beetroot juice. Yuk!

Meet the Springers: Ian

November 3rd, 2011 — 1:33pm

Our Non-Exec Director, Ian Cochrane, doesn’t get to escape things like Springer interviews simply by not being full time. So here’s a brief insight into the mind of the former head honcho of Fitch and Landor. And a picture of him in the pool. (Because that’s how you spend your time when you’re a non exec.)

What do you do at Spring?
I’ve just joined as a non-exec director

What’s been your favourite project so far?
My first project will be to get to know my fellow Springers and find out what turns them on, what their plans are and what ideas they have for themselves and the business.

What do you like most about Spring?

The sense of total openness and transparency that you don’t often see in a business – in fact it feels more like a family than a business!

Tell us a secret.
I think that the best way to grow a client is to make friends with them – find out what they like to do outside of work and join them doing it.

What’s your favourite joke?
I don’t have one! (Clearly a mission here for the Christmas Party – Ed)

Give us your top tip for success, or happiness, whichever you prefer.
Take each day as a gift and enjoy it!
